SUPER CLEAN AND THE VALLEY ICE CENTER TEAM UP TO PROMOTE SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Super Clean is honored to announce that the Valley Ice Center in Panorama City is the newest Super Clean Drop Zone. Jocelyn Langlois, General Manager of the VIC, has been coaching hockey for many years and he knows what it takes to run a successful facility. Not only does the VIC offer competitive adult and youth hockey leagues, but it also offers worthy programs such as the "Special Needs" hockey class and an equipment lending program called "H.E.L.P."
The VIC wants to bring the wonderful sport of ice hockey to people of all ages, abilities, and resources. One prohibitive aspect of the sport is the expensive cost of equipment. So, in order to remove this obstacle from the sport, the VIC offers H.E.L.P. H.E.L.P. stands for "Hockey Equipment Lending Program", a program which provides hockey equipment to players in need. All a person has to do is complete a registration sheet and the VIC staff will then forward it to H.E.L.P., who will bring the equipment to the rink in approximately 2 – 3 days. H.E.L.P. allows people to play hockey who normally would not have the ability to participate. Super Clean believes so strongly in what the VIC is doing that it will clean all equipment going through the H.E.L.P. system for free.
Another worthy program that Valley Ice Center offers is a class to teach ice hockey to kids and young adults who have special needs. This is a wonderful opportunity for sons, daughters and friends with special needs to learn to play this exciting sport in a safe and supportive environment.
Super Clean is looking forward to working closely with Jocelyn Langlois and his competent staff. To get your gear Super Cleaned at the VIC, please bring your bag to the skate desk or any staff member or supervisor. Please note that Super Clean not only offers its award-winning wet wash service, but it now also offers its ozone process as well. Please indicate which service you would like when you drop your gear off at the Valley Ice Center.
