FAQ's

Why should I use Super Clean service?
This is a much needed service offering an end to smelly gear. Super Clean uses two systems to disinfect your gear: (i) the patented Esporta wet washing system specifically designed to clean sports equipment, and (ii) a patented ozone process which kills harmful bacteria living on the surface of your equipment. These systems protect not only your gear, but also your health. By having your equipment cleaned regularly, you'll help safeguard yourself against serious infections that can lead to death.

How much does it cost?
Call us at 888.805.1080 for prices. Individual piece prices as well as team discounts are available.

Is my equipment safe?
Yes. Both processes protect your equipment and actually lengthen the life of your gear. During the wet wash process, all your gear is secured into special compartments so your gear does not move and stays safe. The ozone process is a dry process that circulates ozone around your equipment and does not harm the equipment in any way. Super Clean's ozone service is mobile and the process can be done right in front of you.

Will it leave the leather dry and cracked?
No, the wet wash process leaves 10% moisture in the equipment to ensure leather is not dried out. The ozone process is a dry process and will not modify leather.

What is DRY BARRIER WASH?
DBW is a revolutionary product that treats jerseys and uniforms with a specially formulated polymer that penetrates into the very fibers of the garment. This treatment bonds to the fabric providing an invisible, fluid-repellent barrier. Once treated, the garments resist stains (such as grass and puck marks), stay cleaner and last longer.

How long does it take to clean?
A complete wet wash cycle takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. Express Service is available and can be picked up in the morning, washed, dried and returned by the end of the day. We run two washes a day - at 2pm and at 6pm - so your gear will be ready 24-48 hours from the time it is washed. A complete ozone cycle takes 15 minutes.
