WHAT IS SUPER CLEAN?
Super Clean is a professional cleaning service that eliminates harmful bacteria, mold, fungus and other contaminants from your sports gear, all types of protective equipment, soft goods and insurance restoration items.
Super Clean uses two cleaning processes to disinfect your equipment and remove the stench that permeates your gear: a REVOLUTIONARY, PATENTED WASHING SYSTEM, and a PATENTED OZONE PROCESS, which can be mobile.
WHY?
As hockey players, we created Super Clean for selfish reasons – not only did our hockey gear REEK, but we also have personal experience with DANGEROUS INFECTIONS caused by the gunk from our own pads. Everyone knows what we're talking about – that slimy, smelly, disgusting film on wet hockey gear that seeps into the skin on your body. Not only did we smell horrible, but we were also subjecting our bodies to unhealthy bacteria.
The same stink and bacteria exists on all sorts of sports and protective gear - football pads, lacrosse gear, boxing gloves, yoga mats, running and hiking shoes, skiing/snowboarding boots, wetsuits, baseball/softball equipment, motocross gear, and camping equipment.
Why are these infections so dangerous now? Because bacteria have grown resistant to antibiotics. In 2003, the US Center for Disease Control issued a warning to the public about new forms of "super bugs" that have grown resistant to modern medicine and threaten the health and safety of the general public, especially athletes. As a solution to this expanding threat, Super Clean uses specially designed systems that not only remove the offensive odor, but also safeguard your health by annihilating bacteria from your protective gear.
WHO USES SUPER CLEAN?
Super Clean professionally cleans all types of sports equipment and protective gear used in hockey, football, lacrosse, motocross, baseball/softball, field hockey, boxing, as well as wetsuits, yoga mats, ski and snowboarding boots, sneakers/cleats/running shoes, firefighters' gear, horse blankets, and team mascot costumes. We also wash soft goods, including shoes, leather coats, stuffed animals, baby car seats, luggage, and insurance restoration items - almost anything that will fit into our high-capacity wet wash machine!
I NEED MY GEAR CLEANED BY SUPER CLEAN! WHAT DO I DO?
Super Clean provides fast and reliable service. First, look at our DROP ZONE SCHEDULE and pick a time and location near you. The Super Clean staff will count and inventory your gear and give you a return tag. Then, we'll take your items, clean and return them to you in just 24-48 hours. Or, to schedule a Mobile Equipment Treatment Service with our ozone machine, pick a time when you would like Super Clean to bring its METS truck to you in order to sanitize your equipment. Upon confirmation, Super Clean will come to your location and disinfect your gear right in front of you! With either process, your gear will be disinfected, safe, and smell great!
